From Ann Arbor to Tucson: The Housing Crisis is Behind Us. Says Who?

Missy Caulk in Ann Arbor posted a link to an opinion piece written in the Wall Street Journal on May 6th.  Title:  The Housing Crisis Is Over.  WSJ may not agree (yet) with the article.  They buried it on page A23.

As interesting to me as the article is its author.  He's Cyril Moulle-Berteaux. a hedge fund manager (Traxis Partners, LP) from Greenwich, Connecticut.  The Huffington Post's Fundrace 2008 identifies political contributions from the zip code where Moulle-Berteaux lives in the amount of $1,845,273.  That's a lot more than was contributed from my zip code, 85713.  It makes me wonder whether Moulle-Berteaux has an inside scoop, or whether he's smoking dope.
