I was driving through a neighborhood north of Tucson and came across a FSBO that was so intriguing that I turned around to take a few photos.
It was the entrance to this one acre horse property that caught my eye.
That's pretty cool!
I talked with the seller, who lives next door, and bought the property two years ago because their kids were moving to the area. Kids can be fickle. They've moved away, leaving the parents to sell the property.
The former owner was a welder, and the property shows his handiwork.
It was the cast cow skull hanging from the "rancho" entrance that really caught my eye.
That, and the sunburst above it. You won't find pictures like this in your local MLS!

The house isn't exceptional. It's a doublewide manufactured home made in the 1990s.
The views, though, are awesome!
