Placed at busy intersections outside the City of Tucson proper (illegal in the city) these signs and signs like them remind me of the freewheeling commerce in the markets of Paramaraibo, Suriname, where I grew up in my teenage years.
This is advertising entrepreneurship at its basic level. The call to action is clear. "I've got what you need. Call me. Let's do business."
