Rick has a secret life. (If you're just browsing, or if you can't stand the suspense, scroll to the end of the post and leave a comment.)
In real life, Rick is my AE for ComUnity Bank. Rick's been in the business for a long time, and he knows just about everyone from Tucson to Phoenix. I'm a one-man shop, so I know my volume isn't paying his mortgage, but Rick stops by just about every week to sit and visit for awhile. He's become one of my favorite people.
During one of those visits, Rick let it slip that he's a photographer. One thing led to the next, and soon we had left the world of mortgages to look at Rick's photographic wizardry on Caedes.net These are his photos.
You can download them from Caedes.net for free and save them as wallpaper for your computer. You can't use them commercially--see the Caedes guidelines--but from your desk in Idaho, Milwaukee, New England, Alberta, or Yellow Knife (who AR's in YK?,) you can visit the best that sunny Tucson, Arizona has to offer, any time you want. All because you stumbled on this blog, made possible because Rick is much more interested in life, and in building relationships with his clients, than he is in working the numbers to be top dog. And that's why he IS successful, and why his clients are so loyal.
Relationship building is Rick's legacy. Tucson, Arizona just hit the million mark this Spring, and real estate is starting to pick up again. People just want to buy homes in Tucson. I'm glad it's my home, and I'm proud to share it with you, courtesy of Rick Williams!

Life is about relationships, and I appreciate the people who help make me successful. Thanks, Cheryl-Anne!
