Close to IBM, Raytheon, and Davis Monthan Air Force Base, this home was built new in 2006. It's half a mile from the elementary and middle schools, and within sight of the Pima Air and Space Museum, which is half a mile to the north. At only $139.59 per square foot, it's a great value. It can be yours for $177,000.
Many new homes built in new subdivisions are situated so that the back yard of one abuts the back yard of another. One's view consists of the portion of the house behind you that sticks up above the wall that separates the two homes. Not so good!
That's not the case here! This lovely Corazon del Pueblo home has unobstructed views of the Rincon and Catalina mountain ranges from the Master bedroom, Great Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, and the covered patio. The back yard is walled; behind it are no homes; instead, there is common area planted with desert Mesquite and Palo Verde trees, a paved bicycle path and separate jogging path, and an arroyo beyond. Enjoy the show! Call me to schedule an appointment. (520) 349-9090

Mike,
Somebody did a GREAT job with staging on this one! The cups set in the kitchen look very inviting!
I also love your choice of music for this one!
Way to go, Mike!
Merry Christmas!
Lucky :)
Dan,
Thanks for commenting. Merry Christmas in sunny Florida.
Matt,
After living in the Arizona Sonoran Desert for the first year (we've been here 10 years) I had learned to see dozens of different shades of green. You can see what I'm talking about in the video on my post Grateful for the Rain? Yes, but Much More Grateful for the Rainers! Thanks for commenting.
Lucky,
Merry Christmas to you! I staged the home using furniture provided by the seller. I provided framed artwork for the entry hall and one bath. The Christmas accents came from Michaels (at 70% off) and the hot chocolate / cup setup was the seller's idea. She provided the centerpiece and dishes for the dining room table, and I bought the linens at Bed, Bath & Beyond at discount.
The seller and I drove around before listing the home, and we looked at empty homes. She immediately saw the benefit of staging, but didn't have any money to spend. I spent some money, and will put my stuff in storage for use the next time I have to stage a home around the holidays. She helped with everything, even moving furniture. Thanks for stopping by.
Donna,
The mountain views are a 180 degree panorama from south to east to north. It's a real draw. Thanks for commenting.
